#2 Boston Celtics - Len Bias (Maryland) dies of cocaine induced heart attack in his University of Maryland dorm room on draft night. Bias allegedly smoked “a pure form of cocaine free-base” with teammates, one of whom is reported to have said, “Hey Len, you’re hitting the pipe too hard.”

According to a highly respected source, George Stienbrenner has officially named Johnny Damon as the teams official scapegoat.

Fascinating article on the elusive gyroball.  I've never heard off it, apparently it has never been pitched, but theoretically it is possible and almost un-hittable.

As a matter of fact, the last time I went to the batting cages I could have sworn it was throwing the gyroball!

Jason McElwain - Autistic Teen's Hoop Dreams Come True

"Drain man" Jason McElwain's story is amazing. He drained 6!!!!!! three pointers in under 4 minutes in his one and only highschool basketball game. He finished the game with 20 points.
